The ground rules, in plain words.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or any Novagenixai product, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're using our products on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company too — so make sure you're allowed to.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information when you sign up.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.

3. Your content, your ownership

Everything you create with our tools — text, images, audio — belongs to you, including for commercial use. We claim no rights over your work. We only process your content to provide the service you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fair and lawful use

Our tools are for making good things. You agree not to use them to:

• Create content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Impersonate real people without their consent — including cloning anyone's voice except your own, verified voice.
• Generate spam, scams, or deliberately misleading material presented as fact.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without our written agreement.

If an account is used for any of this, we may suspend or close it. Where the situation allows, we'll warn you first.

5. About AI-generated content

Generative AI is powerful but imperfect. Outputs can be inaccurate, outdated, or unintentionally similar to existing work. So:

• Review before you publish. You're responsible for checking facts, claims, and rights in anything you put out into the world.
• Our tools flag things worth double-checking where they can, but that's an aid — not a guarantee.
• Don't present AI-generated content as human-created where the law or a platform requires disclosure.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Prices are listed on our pricing page in Indian rupees; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan runs to the end of the paid period and simply doesn't renew.
• If we ever change a price, we'll tell existing subscribers before it affects them.

7. Our intellectual property

The Novagenixai name, logo, website design, and the software behind our products belong to us. Using our services doesn't transfer any of that to you — just as your content never transfers to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the services running smoothly, but we can't promise zero downtime. We may add, change, or retire features; if we ever retire something significant, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your work.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. That said — email us first. Almost everything can be sorted out with a conversation.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
