Your data, handled with care.

The short version

We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we don't train our models on your content without asking you first. If you only read one paragraph, that's the one.

1. What we collect

When you use this website: your theme preference (dark or light) is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and we can't see it.

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. That's everything — we don't ask for anything we don't need to reply to you.

When you use our products: your account details and the content you create (drafts, images, voiceovers). Your content stays private to your account by default.

2. What we use it for

• Replying to your messages and questions.
• Providing the products you signed up for.
• Fixing bugs and improving reliability.
• Sending product updates — only if you've opted in.

That's the full list. No selling to advertisers, no sneaky "partners", no dark patterns.

3. AI training and your content

By default, we do not use your content to train our models. If we ever want to use anonymised data to improve a model, we'll ask you with a clear opt-in — and saying no changes nothing about your plan or experience.

4. Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. You can read Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

We don't run analytics trackers, ad pixels, or social media widgets on this site.

5. How long we keep things

• Contact form messages: as long as needed to resolve your query, then archived or deleted.
• Account data: for as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.
• Theme preference: stays in your browser until you clear it — it was never with us to begin with.

6. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Show you what data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Export your content in a usable format.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, limit internal access to personal data, and review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we'll tell you promptly and honestly.

8. Children

Our products aren't designed for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we'll remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. We won't quietly rewrite the rules.
